He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie James Burns, Sr. and Gladys Beatrice Moore Burns; his wife Loretta Cain Burns; his daughter Monique L. Burns (Antonio); his grandchildren, Antonio, Aaron, Austin, Amir and Amad Phillips; and his cousins, Renee Dantzler (Bruce) and Joseph Caldwell (Thelma).

All of those attending the services are required to wear masks and adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations.
