He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William E. Fender, Jr. and Jinnie Rae Brabham Fender. He is survived by: his wife Sharon French Fender; his daughter Brandi Risher (Michael) of Hanahan; his grandchildren, Kailyn, Hunter and Madison Risher; and his sister-in-law Joyce Fogle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
