It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne F. Allen of Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on July 3, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Shiela Allen. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughter Deborah Mulford; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Mulford, Aubrey Mulford and Camrey Mulford; his sister Alethea Hargrove (Robert) of Edenton, N. C.; and his aunt Marjorie Joyner. He is also survived by nephew; two nieces.
