He was predeceased by: his former wife Karen; and his parents, Leonard and Kathryn. He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Michelle, Holly and Terry Jr.; his grandsons, Trey and Joshua; his siblings, Leonard Jr., Elaine and David; his stepdaughters, Laura and Jenny; and his stepgrandson Malachi.

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be made to Sheila Szafraniec to assist with expenses and would be greatly appreciated.
