He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred W. Etheridge and Helen Paschal Etheridge; and his brother David Allen Etheridge. He is survived by: his wife Olivia "Dawn" Jones Etheridge; his daughter Emily Dawn Neil (Lucas); his grandchildren, Elliotte Neil and Charlotte Neil; and his sister Rebecca Tejan (Jon).
