He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney M. Mixon and Mary Myers Dunning; his nephew Dustin Mixon; and his brother-in-law Donald Craven. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Rowland (Dale) of Charleston, Sandra Craven of Summerville, Ernie L. Mixon of Moncks Corner, Jeff Mixon (Paige) of Orangeburg, Kenneth Mixon of Orangeburg and Michael Mixon (Debbie) of Harleyville; and his nieces and nephews, Sharon Mersereau, Will Mersereau (Whitney), Brittany Warncke (Eric), Candice Boylan, Nick Craven (Kendall), David Mixon, Ricky Mixon, Robert Mixon, Tiffany Mixon, Jeffrey Mixon, Jr. (Wren), Kelley Stiles (Ben), Loribeth Craven (Jordan), Claire Craven (Mae), Kinard Craven, Chelsea Mixon, Jason Herron and Zachary Mixon. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews and additional friends.
