She was predeceased by: her parents, George Browder and Vera Rowell Benton; her husband Charles Youngs; her siblings, Ruby B. Polin and Cecil L. Browder; and her stepfather Paul Benton.
She is survived by: her sister Beverly Brown (George) of Orangeburg; and her close friend Ted Russell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and additional family and friends.
