He is survived by: his children, Linda Marie Beach (Mark), Ralph E. "Eddie" Hughes (Teresa), Joey Gilliam (Leona) and Lonnie Blackwelder (Liza); and his grandchildren, Jeff Gibson (Missy), Curtis Hughes, Shane Gibson (Sheri), Stacey Marie Poston (James), Morgan Byrd (Josh), Zack Gibson (Kaitlin), Logan Hughes, J. Beach, Aaron Beach, Jennifer Maire Seagers, Amanda Thompson (Jessie) and Kayla Segree (Scott). He is also survived by twenty-five great grandchildren; fourteen great, great, grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home (1012 Whitman St SE, Orangeburg, SC 29115). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. (1012 Whitman St SE, Orangeburg, SC 29115).
