He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Jiruska Haylock; his children, Patrick Haylock (Anna) of Soldotna, AK and Yvonne E. Holguin Vera (Santiago) of Miami, FL; his siblings, Charles Haylock (Ana) of Carol City, FL, Yvonne Peyerfitte of Cooper City, FL and Juliet De La Fe (Jorge) of Davie, FL; his granddaughters, Melissa Holguin and Tineke Haylock Dixon (Sean); and his great grandchild Ixchel Dixon.
