He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Reynolds Fletcher; his son William H. Fletcher; his stepchildren, Todd Helms (Samantha), Clay Helms (Wendy) and Susan Booth (Dustin); his grandson Blake; and his sisters, Jean Bowers and Mary Ann Adams.
