He was predeceased by: his parents, Summers Peter and Jessie Mae Brown; and his siblings, George Marcus Brown and Patricia Ann Brown. He is survived by: his siblings, Helen L. Brown Frederick of New York City, NY, Thelma Mae Brown of New York City, NY, Mildred Brown of Ruskin, FL, Johnny Mack Brown of Orangeburg, SC, Melvin Brown of Orangeburg, SC and David Lee Brown of New York City, NY; his sisters-in-law, Dr. Elsie Brown of Orangeburg, SC, Clayer M. Brown of Orangeburg, SC and Mary C. Brown of New York City, NY; and his close friend Goldie Barton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives.
