She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie W Pelzer Sr. and Naomi Kelly Pelzer; her siblings, Alma Holmes, Henry B Pelzer, Hilda P Whitesides and Raymond Richardson; and her sister-in-law Julia Pelzer (Cindy).
She is survived by: her son Ernest Studevant, Jr. of Richmond, VA; her brothers, Freddie W Pelzer, Jr. (Willa) of Douglasville, GA and Clyde E. Pelzer of Fairfax, VA; her aunt Evelyn Glover of White Plains, NY; and her sisters-in-law, Leona Pelzer (Wendy) of Douglasville, GA and Priscilla Richardson of Bowman, SC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
