He is survived by: his mother Amanda Dukes O'Cain; his brother Mark O'Cain (Charlene); his daughter Madalynn "Maddi" Grace O'Cain; his nieces, Miaya and Skylar O'Cain; his grandmothers, Patricia "Pat" O'Cain and LaDelle Dukes; and his aunts and uncles, Russell O'Cain (Sherry), Howard O'Cain (Mary), Nancy Cole (Gary) and Sandy Lewack (Steve).
