He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nathaniel, Lucille Moore and Willie Jones. He is survived by: his parents, Melvin Moore and Juanita Moore Sr.; his sister Tamera J. Moore; his grandmothers, Mozelle Jones and Gussie E. Dantzler; his aunts and uncles, Tina Blanding, Cathy Martinez, Sandra Smith (Karl), Gail Stokes (Eugene), Orlando Moore, Jeffrey Moore, Willie Jones Jr. and Harry L. Jones; his godson Kristian Eli Clark; his close friends, Amanda, Makhi and Earl Clark Jr.; and also Cynthia Randolph (David). He is also survived by grandaunts, granduncles, cousins, other loving relatives and dear friends.
