She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. James Hill Gressette and Mary Sims Gressette; her brother James Hill Gressette, Jr.; and her son-in-law Keith Wayne Berry, Jr. of Columbia. She is survived by: her spouse Dr. Thomas Benjamin Gué; her children, Robinson Gué Hatanpää (Heikki) of McLean, VA, Mary Gressette Gué Berry of Columbia, SC and Dr. Thomas Benjamin Gué, Jr. (Ashton Dillard) of Orangeburg; her grandchildren, Benjamin Henrik James Hatanpää, Hanna Carolina Hatanpää, Maija Helena Hatanpää, Rebecca Sofia Hatanpää, Emily Robinson Berry, Georgia Gressette Berry, James Ellis Berry, Morgan Sims Gué and Carson Elizabeth Gué; and her sisters, Isabelle Gressette Sheppard (Macon) of Pawley's Island and Rosa Helen Gressette Reid (Sam) of Orangeburg.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Orangeburg (1240 Russell St, Orangeburg, SC 29115).
