She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Coulter and Annie Bell Ellis Coulter. She is survived by: her daughter Katherine "Kathy" Spires; her sister Willa Mae Hawkins of Philadelphia, PA; her cousins, Phyllis Walker and Brittany Huggins of St Matthews, SC; and her friend Brenda Ray of Neeses, SC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Glover's Funeral Home (2562 Charleston Hwy, Orangeburg, SC 29115). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. All those attending service must wear a mask and adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations.
