She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Coulter and Annie Bell Ellis Coulter. She is survived by: her daughter Katherine "Kathy" Spires; her sister Willa Mae Hawkins of Philadelphia, PA; her cousins, Phyllis Walker and Brittany Huggins of St Matthews, SC; and her friend Brenda Ray of Neeses, SC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
