It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loubie Jean Keitt of Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on May 20, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Mose Keitt (Lizzie); her daughter Jacqueline Keitt; and her siblings, George Keitt and Vernian Keitt. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Nydia Sales, Michael Paul (Sonia), Joseph Keitt (Alesha), Sierra Paul, Lakeisha Phillips (Donald), Donald Jr. and Lawson; her sisters, Maggie Benjamin and Geraldine Bonaparte (Curtis); her daughters, Saundra Major Conyers and Antoinette Smith Brown; and her close friends, Gladys Moss and Sara Funderburk.
