He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Francis Smith; and his siblings, David Smith and Cheryl Pope. He is survived by: his children, Johnny Russell Smith (Melanie) and Scoshi Smith Lane (Adam); his sisters, April Headden and Tammy Russell; and his grandchildren, Hunter Dollard, Madyson Dollard, Rusty Smith and Kaitlyn Smith.
