He was predeceased by: his parents, Artis J. Irick and Annie Mae Boltin Irick; his daughter LaDonna Gay; and his brother Artis J. Irick. He is survived by: his wife Regina K. Irick; his children, John "Art" A. Irick, Jr. (Donna) and Nanci R. I. Fields (E. Roger); his grandchildren, Emily M. Irick, Rachil L. Fields (Jamie) and Alexander R. Fields; his great grandchild Kaydin I. Fields; his sister-in-law Jelanie Irick; and his nephew Jeff Irick.
