She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Allen Stewart. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth L. Fanning; her mother Cynthia Anne Shivers Stewart of Prosperity; her daughters, Rebecca Fanning Ennis (David) of Smithfield, NC and Ashley Fanning Cooper (Justin) of Columbia, SC; her sisters, Cynthia "Cindy" Stewart of Prosperity and Margo Black (Ricky) of Barnwell, SC; and her siblings-in-law, Danny Fanning and Kathy Fanning Felkel (Len). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dukes-Harley Funeral Home Chapel (3379 Columbia Rd NE, Orangeburg, SC 29118). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
