It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James C. Stokes Jr. of Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on October 26, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Stokes, Sr. and Blondell Thomas Stokes. He is survived by: his wife Krista Smith Stokes; and his sisters, Joyce S. Nettles (David) and Janice S. Johnson (Randy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Memorial Church of the Nazarene (569 State Rd S-38-890, Orangeburg, SC 29115). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
