He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Kirby; his son Kent Kirby (Erika) of Irmo, SC; his granddaughter Jordan; his son-in-law Cliffe Sutcliffe of Orangeburg; and his brother-in-law Albert James "Jim" Lancaster, Jr. (Brenda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
