He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert H. Lee and Loretta Sanford Lee Mott; and his son-in-law Mike Curls. He is survived by: his wife Deborah I. Lee; his children, Denise Lee Curls, Gerald M. Lee, Jr., Matthew B. Lee (Priscilla) and Laurie L. Lyon (Steven); his grandchildren, Ian Curls, Matthew B. Lee, Jr., Arebella Lee and River Lee; his stepfather Robert Mott; and his siblings, Herbert Lee (Lois) and Theresa Quick (Steve). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
