She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Adam Waymer and Amanda Glover Waymer; her husband Frank Lee Sandie; her niece Ella Mae; her nephew Josh Waymer of Orangeburg, SC; her niece-in-law Gloria Felder of Alexandria, VA.; her cousins, Dorothy Anne Williams Dash of Elloree, SC, Susan Williams of Elloree, SC and Eartha Coulter; her adoptive parent Artie (Catherine Major); her grandsons, Kevin and Andre Major; her close friend Mary Johnson; and her caregiver Evon Stroman. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and, other loving relatives and dear friends.
