She was predeceased by: her husband W. Clarence Higginbotham, Jr.; and her parents, Jack Dorsey Jordan and Norma Kelley Jordan. She is survived by: her brother Joseph Jordan of North Augusta, S. C.; her children, Rose Marie Craft (Jim) of Orangeburg, Carol Elaine Johnson (Tim) of Athens and W. C. "Billy" Higginbotham III (Mary) of Chapin; and her grandson William Boone Johnson.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Andrews United Methodist Church (1980 Columbia Rd, Orangeburg, SC 29118). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the New Hope Cemetery.
