He is survived by: his wife Felicia; his children, Eric "Ken" Grooms, Jr. (Amanda), Ashley Huggins (Matthew), Richard Weaver (Jana), Ashlyn, Kaden, Jakob, Robert, Madison, Grayson and Alyssa; and his sisters, Rose Dempsey, Beverly Haddock, Marlene Wise (Teddy), Susie Crawley, Rhonda Gunnells (Will), Elsie Davis (David) and Betty Mitchell.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Church of God of Prophecy (910 St Matthews Rd, St Matthews, SC 29135). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
