She was predeceased by: her father David L. Brown. She is survived by: her mother Jessie Clay Brown (Newark); her husband John Jones; her children, Tanisha Stroud (James) and David Brown of Orangeburg; her siblings, Patricia Pairol of Columbia, SC, Noelle Davis of Holly Hill, SC and David Louis Brown of Social Circle, Georgia.; her grandchildren, Dwight Brown of Orangeburg, Alexis Stroud of Orangeburg, Tatyana Stroud of Orangeburg, Jazmine Stroud of Orangeburg, Shainah Brown of Orangeburg and Nicole Brown of Columbia; her goddaughter Tammie Simon of Greenwood; and her siblings, Kasa Jones (Margaret) of Brooklyn, Harriett Harrison of East Orange and Lorraine Anderson of Orangeburg. She is also survived by step children, great grands, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
