With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Darlene Rickenbaker (Orangeburg, South Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 19, 2024 at the age of 76. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Mixson and Gwynn Mixson; her husband Gene L. Rickenbaker; her grandson Alex Rickenbaker; and her sisters, Kay Mixson Jenkins and Donna Anderson.
She is survived by: her son Todd Rickenbaker (Alice); her grandchildren, Lindsay Kinard (Marty), Will Rickenbaker (Rhianna) and Tyler Rickenbaker (Skylar); her great grandchildren, Easton Kinard and Bryce Kinard; her siblings, Nicky Mixson (Cindi), Mitchell Mixson (Monique) and Linda Altamirano; her nieces, Amanda Guffey (Paul) and Sherrill R. Ray (Jeffrey); her great-niece Everly Guffey; and her great-nephew Bodie Guffey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews family and friends.
