With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carmen Epps Brown of Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on February 19, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Bryant Epps and Marilyn Green Epps; her sister Marilyn Epps Horton; and her niece Marilyn Julia Horton. She is survived by: her son Stafford Brown, Jr. of Orangeburg, SC; her grandchildren, Davion, Keyshun, Jasmine, Titus, Stafford III, Samia and Stanford; and her nephew Bryant Edward Horton of Tampa, FL.
