He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Parker; his children, Toni Beasley (Max) and Billy Parker, Jr. (Janet) of Orangeburg; his grandchildren, Dana Parker, Haven Miller, Aaron Parker, Parker Stroble, Colie Holman, Jr. and Tanya Fogle; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Williamson, Rebecca Weeks, Zoe Weeks, John Parker Miller, Clayton Beach, Cole Worthington, Jaxon Worthington, Logan Holman, Landon Stroble and Ryan Stroble; and his siblings, Herbert L. "Roy" Parker, Calvin Parker and Carol Jo Horne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
