We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2025, Barbara Ellen Bell Greene of Orangeburg, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Greene; her parents, Valentine Bell and Thelma Mitchell Bell; and her siblings, Ronald "Jim" Bell, Bobby Bell, Paul Bell, Sr., Roy Edward Bell, Marie Garrett and Carol Workman.
She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Dwayne Bell (Barbara) and Kevin Dean Bell (Darlene); her grandchildren, Angela Faust (John), Devin Bell (Elizabeth), Donna Jacobs and Regina Baltzegar (Chad); her sisters, Molly Deck (Marvin) of Jeffrey, WV, Mary Jane McNeeley of St. Matthews and Shirley Varney of West Salam, OH; and her pet Samantha. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (7618 Columbia Rd, St Matthews, SC 29135). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at the Crestlawn Memorial Gardens (4830 Columbia Rd NE, Orangeburg, SC 29118).
