He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert McCollum and Elizabeth Bunch McCollum; and his sister-in-law Sybil "Wanda" McCollum. He is survived by: his wife Tina Jackson McCollum; his stepsons, Wesley Fogle (Deanna) and Matthew Fogle; his grandchildren, Abigail Fogle, Elijah Fogle and Joanna Fogle; and his siblings, Regan McCollum, Wade "Chico" T. McCollum (Jamie), Alma Annette Bunch, June Coats (Mike), Pat Pennington (Marshall) and Delores McCollum. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and additional family and friends.
