He was predeceased by: his parents, Marquis D. Neece and Florence McMillan Neece; his wife Alma Faye Neece; his children, Elizabeth Neece and Doug Neece; and his siblings, Jeannette Kinney and Hewey Neece.
He is survived by: his children, Marilyn Smith (Richard) of Olar, Charlotte Morris (Layton) of Williston, Jonathan Neece (Rachael) of Olar, Allen Neece of Kingsport, TN, Randall Neece (Rebecca) of Kingsport, TN, Deb Rose of Kingsport, TN, Tommy Fletcher (Kim) of Knoxville, TN, Richard Fletcher of Columbus, OH and Patricia Cook (William) of Powhatan, VA; and his siblings, Pauline Mullins of Clintwood, VA, Linda Jackson of Clinchco, VA, Marie Hurd (Glen) of Blackwater, VA, Ronald Neece (JoAnne) of Dante, VA, Donald Neece (Teresa) of Powhatan, VA and Jimmie Neece (Judy) of Sandstone, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; he was blessed with many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
