It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Jackson Zorn Sr. of Olar, South Carolina, born in Barnwell, South Carolina, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley B. Zorn and Sallie M. Zorn; his wife Mary Rudd Zorn; his children, Mary Marie Zorn and Preston Scott Zorn; his brothers, Jerry Stanley Zorn Sr., Charles Perry Zorn Sr., Aubrey Hazel Zorn, Donnie Michael Zorn and Oscar Zorn; and his brother-in-law Glenn Elkins Sr..
He is survived by: his sons, John Jackson Zorn Jr., Joe Lewis Zorn and Starling Zorn (Missy); his grandchildren, Nikki Moore (Trenton), Jonathan Martin, Savannah Martin (Kaelin Bowers), JJ Zorn, Dawson Martin, Alicia Bender, Corrissa Zorn, Chase Zorn, Preston Joe Lewis Zorn, Dellon Jackson Zorn, Tori Bellamy, Nick Sanders, Ashton Sanders, Jacob Sanders and Justin Sanders; his great grandchildren, Aubree, Brylee, Clayton, Kingsleigh, Icelynn, Zane, Braelin, Raileigh, Kinsley, Coastlynn and Neaveah; his siblings, Tony Zorn Sr., Leon Zorn (Sallie), Hank Zorn (Patty), Iris Still, Vangie Elkins, Lois Rudd (Richard) and Ann Pitsos (Steve); and his sister-in-law Linda Zorn.
