He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Ann Fail Toole; his children, Eric Keith Toole (Madonna C.), Patty Zorn (Hank), Evonne Villegas (Kenneth), Frances Beach, Gina Johnson (Emerson), Gary Charles Toole (Janet) and David Glenn Toole Sr. (Shelia); his grandchildren, Harley, Haley Toole, Savannah Williams Hartzog (Adam), Sean Villegas (Alicia), Trina Zorn and Brittany Zorn Still (Rodney); and his sisters, Helen Greening and Louise Foster.
