William H. Wilkes Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William H. Wilkes (Olanta, South Carolina), who passed away on January 21, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Wilkes and Hazel; and his brothers, Randy Mikel Wilkes and Billy Cecil Wilkes. He is survived by: his children, William Travis Wilkes (Jessica) of Lake City, Timothy Scott Neel of Olanta, Christopher Edward Welch of Olanta, Stephanie Elisabeth Sanderson (Richard) of Stafford, NY and Sarah Brianna Welch of Olanta; his grandchildren, Caleb Travis Wilkes, Jonathan Stephen Lampley, Sylvia Lorraine Wilkes, Scarlett Breeann Neel, Emily Anne Wilkes and Elisabeth Ann Sanderson; his siblings, Theodore "Teddy" Wilkes of Olanta, Jimmy Wilkes of Olanta and Donna; and his brother-in-law Brad Welch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

CDC guidelines for the COVID-19 virus and social distancing will be observed during the service. All attendees will be required to wear a mask.
