She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert Lindberg Driggers; her parents, William Thomas Reddin Welch and Louise Powell Welch; her son Tommy Mitchell Driggers, Sr.; and her brother Thomas Welch, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Blackmon (Terry) of New Zion, Betty Lou Springs (Lanny) of Turbeville, Judy Hall (Andy) of Olanta, Lynn Driggers of Turbeville and Sandra McAlister of Lake City; her daughter-in-law Elaine Brewer Driggers of Turbeville; and her grandchildren, Mandy Moore (Bernie), Christen Coker (Eddie), Thomas Edward Driggers, Mitchell Driggers (Dee), Brandi Baker (Michael), Jenny Quick (John), Erin Stelling (Eddie), Will Springs (Mike Lynch), Ethan Sivertsen and Josh Sivertsen (Katlin). She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
