She was predeceased by: her parents, George Daniel Kinard and Margie Bell Hiott Kinard; her son George "Hank" Henry Ray (Amanda) of Scranton; her great grandchild Natalie Smith; her brothers, Nelson Kinard, Ricky Kinard and George Kinard; and her sister-in-law Joyce Kinard.
She is survived by: her close friend Robert Allen Floyd; her children, Wayne Fox-Mixon (Curtis) of Scranton, Chris Ray (Carla) of Wisconsin and Sandy Neel (Doug) of Scranton; her stepsons, Danny Floyd of Scranton and Chris Floyd of Scranton; her grandchildren, Sinclair Smith, Lisa Marie Floyd, Emmett Floyd, Alaina Ray, Olivia Ray, Malea Neel, Byron Neel, Angel Leviner, Lily Floyd, David Floyd, Mary Alice Floyd, Willow Pope, Harley Floyd and Emma Floyd; her great grandchildren, Dalton Smith, Adrianna Floyd, Annleigh Matthews, Floyd IV, Faithlyn Floyd and Everett Floyd; her siblings, Harry Kinard (Ginger), Tommy Kinard (Emily), Anna Barwick (Joe), Carolyn Mixon (Danny) and Irene Disher; her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Kinard and Janice Kinard; her extended family, Ashley Floyd, Rita Brown, Joey Bryant, Kim Avant, Randy Avant, Stephanie McGee, Bubba Worell, Keeley McGee, Tink McGee and Janice Neel; and her friend Cynthia Lynch-Rhodus. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
