He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Walker Coker and Ollie Nettles Coker; and his siblings, Allen Thomas Coker, Ronald Marion Coker and Alpha Lemuel Coker.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond W. Coker, Jr. (Allison) of Lynchburg, Teresa Coker Baker (Charles Lee) of Sumter and Linda Gale Coker (Stanley Barkley) of Paxville; and his siblings, Alton Coker of New Zion, Betty Geddings (Ned) of Turbeville, Eleanor Boardwine of New Zion and Tammy Coker of New Zion. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty four great grandchildren.
