He is survived by: his daughter Vanessa Pendergrass; his grandchildren, Ny'Desia Pendergrass of Gainesville, GA, Jamein Williams of Gainesville, GA, Ke'Era Williams of Gainesville, GA and My'Kell Pendergrass of Gainesville, GA; and his siblings, Patricia McFadden (Larry) of Olanta, SC, Eulae McFadden (James) of Olanta, SC, Louella Major (Greg) of Kingstree, SC, Lorann Thomas (Alvin) of Florence, SC, Charlie Pendergrass of Lake City, SC., Waddell Pendergrass (Kathy) of Lake City, SC. and Jerome Pendergrass of Lake City, SC..
