He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Janett Pope Porter; his children, Darrell Porter (Sallie) of Turbeville, Brenda Culick (DeWayne) of Lake City, Sharon Morris (Bobby) of New Zion, Tony Porter (Nett) of New Zion, Glenn Porter (Janet) of Lake City and Missy Byres (Gregg) of Tucson, Arizona; and his siblings, Kathleen Feagin of Moncks Corner, Betty Jo Wilkes of Turbeville, Mary Francis Bryant of Lake City, Janie Mae Parker of Sumter and Robert "Pete" Porter of Manning. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; six great-great- grandchildren.
