With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Henry Tomlinson of Olanta, South Carolina, born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on May 9, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, H. B. Tomlinson and Elsie Kelly Tomlinson; his wife Emma Jo Tomlinson; and his siblings, Nida Jane Tomlinson and Frank.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Tomlinson (Donna) of Conway, Bobby Tomlinson of Olanta and Terri Lynn Thomas of Olanta; his grandchildren, Lauren Tomlinson of Florence, Amber Sellers of Florence, Jennifer Sawyer (Chris) of Florence, Jessica Harrelson (Stephen) of Virginia and Chris Thomas (Alden) of Phoeniz, AZ; and his pet Chester. He is also survived by 7 beautiful great grandchildren.
