She was predeceased by: her parents, James Byrd McKenzie and Bell Welch McKenzie; her daughter Scarlett Michelle McKenzie; and her siblings, Harold McKenzie, J. D. McKenzie, Joe McKenzie, Jimmy McKenzie, David McKenzie and Carolyn Joyce Applebee.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Welch Green of Turbeville; her sisters, Mary Chavis (Walter) of Georgetown, Daisy Driggers (Sammie) of Turbeville and Judy M. Welch (Thomas) of Turbeville; and her grandchildren, Jamie Burrows, T. J. Burrows, Carl Burrows, Breanna Green, Tony McKenzie, Jr., Doc McKenzie and Treavor McKenzie. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
