He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Carter Moore, Sr. and Lila Mae Mims Moore; his wife Barbara Jane "Tootsie" Moore; his daughter Sherrie Moore of Summerville; his son-in-law Andy Poore of Sullivans Island; and his sister Rebecca Mason of Virginia Beach, VA..
He is survived by: his sister Verna Bragg of Salisbury, NC; his siblings-in-law, Carter Moore, III (Susan) of Mt. Pleasant, Terrie Moore of Olanta, Lorice Poore of Olanta, Allen Moore of Olanta, Moore, IV (Ashley) of Schuylerville, Amanda Hatcher (Jake) of Hanahan, Chanler Cannon (Charles) of Sacramento, CA, Laurel Reposa (Cody) of James Island, Kaitlin Moore of Mt. Pleasant and Caroline Moore of Mt. Pleasant; and his great grandchildren, Kinsley Moore, Eliza Moore, Jaxon Reposa, Eva Reposa and McClellan Hatcher.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Thomas Cemetery (701 Park Ave, Olanta, SC 29114).
