She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Lester Milam and Hazel Hendron Milam; and her brother Eric Milam. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Michael David Smith of Olanta; her children, Todd Smith (Neal Smith), Brad Smith (Shannon) of Kannapolis, Ashley Gulledge (Dennis) of Midland, N. C. and Miranda Whetsell (Timmy) of Kingstree, S. C.; her grandchildren, Alexis, Allison, Sarah, Mason Gulledge, Miranda, Lucas Whetsell, Jacob, Kylie and Elena Smith; and her brother Bill Milam, Jr. of Tenn.
A graveside service will be held at 4 PM Wednesday July 1, 2020 at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery with Covid 19 precautions and social distancing in place.
