With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Baldwin (Okatie, South Carolina), born in Jamaica, New York, who passed away on April 14, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willis Baldwin and Eleanor Baldwin (Graham); his wife Barbara Raymond; and his former wife Kathleen Norris.
