She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Benjamin Cooler, Sr. and Lila Zealy Cooler; her husband Thaddeus Matthew Bailey, Jr.; and her siblings, Harry Benjamin Cooler, Jr. (Mary), Edward Thomas Cooler (Lena), James Everett Cooler, Gerald Lawton Cooler, Ruby C. Blanchard (Earl), Leona C. Hall (George), Edith C. Bamberg (Greaton) and Margaret C. McLin (Ray).
She is survived by: her sons, Thaddeus Matthew Bailey III and Michael Craig Bailey (Heidi); and her grandchildren, Zealy Bailey, Katie Rountree (Ben), Thad Bailey (Jennifer), Erika Gainey (Justin), Joanna Bunton (Scott), Jessica Bailey and Joseph Bailey (Grace). She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
