He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph, Sr. Gougeon and Ida Gougeon; and his brother Edward Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Carter; his stepdaughter Stephanie Bailey (Thaddeus); his grandchildren, Victoria Rogers (Jeremy), Jessica Bailey, Rebecca Reeves, Joseph Bailey, Jessamine Wilson and Jacob Wilson; and his siblings, John Gougeon (Beth) and Patricia Marley (Dan). He is also survived by his wife of 55 years, his three children.
