He was predeceased by: his parents, Jones B. Temple, Jr. and Hazel McMahan Temple; his sister Frances Noblin; his brother-in-law Sonny Noblin; and his nephew Joseph Charles Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Temple of Okatie, SC; his sons, Lonnie Temple of Abbeville, SC and Jonathan Temple of Beaufort, SC; his grandchildren, Brandon, Hailey of Guyton, Georgia, Milla of Riverdale, Lonnie II of Greenwood, SC and Joseph of Beaufort, SC; his siblings, Roland Temple (Nelva) of Bradley, SC and Connie Normand of Abbeville, SC; his sisters-in-law, Cindy Lichtenwalter (Chris) of Conway and Betty Jo Marshall of Beaufort, SC; and his nieces and nephews, John Noblin of South Carolina, Neile Ross of South Carolina, LeeAnne May of South Carolina, Nicole Noblin of South Carolina, Hannah Lichtenwalter of Arkansas, Conner Lichtenwalter of Florida, Callan Lichtenwalter of Washington, Matt Marshall of Tennessee and Jay Marshall.
