We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2021, at the age of 91, Doris Blackmon of Okatie, South Carolina, born in Smoaks, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Dempsey Blackmon, Jr. (W. D.) of Okatie, SC; and her parents, William Daniel Mallard and Gertrude Hucks Mallard. She is survived by: her sons, William Blackmon, III (Gail) of Blythewood, SC and Randy Blackmon (Dayle) of Hardeeville, SC; and her grandchildren, Kyle Blackmon (Kim) of Bluffton, SC, Chelsea Blackmon White (Joe) of Okatie, SC, Ashley Blackmon Jones (Jared) of Blythewood, SC, Tate Blackmon (Randi) of Blythewood, SC and Jordan Blackmon of Santa Monica, California. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
